
Business News Desk,Crude oil prices are again seeing a jump in the global market and the price of Brent crude has reached up to $ 86 per barrel on Monday. Meanwhile, the prices of petrol and diesel issued by the government oil companies are showing a jump in many states today. Oil prices have increased in many cities of UP and Bihar today. However, there has been no change in the prices of oil in all the four metros of the country like Delhi-Mumbai even today.
According to government oil companies, the price of petrol in UP’s Gautam Budh Nagar district (Noida-Greater Noida) has gone up by 14 paise to Rs 96.79 a liter this morning, while diesel is being sold 14 paise costlier at Rs 89.96 a litre. In Lucknow, the capital of UP, the price of petrol has increased by 13 paise to Rs 96.57 a litre, while diesel has become costlier by 12 paise to Rs 89.76 a litre. In Bihar’s capital Patna, petrol has increased by 56 paise and is being sold at Rs 107.80 a litre, while diesel has gone up by 52 paise to reach Rs 94.56 a litre.
